Aren’t these beans magical looking?! 🔮💗 These are scarlet runner beans, they are a green pole bean that I grow each year. I post a photo of them on here at the end of every summer just because I think they’re so pretty and unique. Most people never get to see the beautiful beans inside since they only start to turn pink & purple when they get too old/mature to eat, and even if you did eat them at this age they turn grey as soon as they’re cooked.
